I decided to finally break my bumper sticker virginity*

That way, when I see someone with one of those blasted "W" stickers on their bumper, and I speed up to cut them off..they will know that it's not that I am a bitch..but that I am a bitchy DEMOCRAT.

(*unless you count the bumper sticker I (for god knows what reason) bought in 11th grade that said "I'd rather be tied up and whipped" which my mother make me remove PROMPTLY. Still, it was on my car for a good 45 minutes. But I don't believe it counts. And anyway my Honda has never had a sticker on it)

I knew I couldn't be the only one who gets instant road rage at the sight of the "W" sticker!

Haha! Thank God for you guys. I get mad at W stickers too! All I can think is "This is all your fault for voting that way!!!"
I have 2 passive-aggressive stickers on my car. One is "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" and the other is "Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities."
I had to take down my "Bee-yotch" bee air freshener though. Since I'm going to be working at a preschool!

i am a bad liberal...i am afraid if i put one of those blatant anti-w stickers (which is what i really wanted!) on the car then some redneck republican will slash my tires.

I am a redneck republican that strongly believes in freedom of speech and is also respectful of others beliefs (I think that is what this country was founded on). I think you are perfectly intitled to put whatever you want on your car (I don't put stickers on mine because it messes up the paint/bumper cover). Newsflash!!!! We are not all like that!

I admit I am afraid of extremists vandalizing my car too! I know how heated I get over seeing some of those stickers, and I imagine the other side would be even worse - especially when religion gets mixed in. But, as much of a liberal feminist dem as I am, I have to say that "ok girl" is right. Proof in point, one of my best friends up here is the director of the NH Republican Party (we are a rare, freakish duo) and during the election, she had her tires slashed by some democratic group! I was shocked. I really didn't think that "we" ever sunk to that level. But, I guess crazy people are still crazy people no matter what party they belong to.

okgirl, no need to get testy.i know there are very nice republicans out there. it's just that in my area of town, peolpe (republicans i assume) have stickers on their car that say things like "No Limp Wristed Liberals On Board" and "You Are Either With Us or Against Us!" with a gun emblem over it. so yeah, these are not the kind of people i want to piss off. my car is semi new. i like it.

On the happy fun side of things, I got a thumbs up for my "Impeach Bush" bumper sticker a couple weeks ago. I'm debating when I should replace that sticker with a new one I bought: "I support patrio-fascist groupthink" with red, white and blue ribbons all over it.

Anna we should take our liberally stickered cars over to Moody Street for lunch this week!
