verizon is so cute!!

so, my cell phone has been on the fritz for a week or so (mon dieu!) but it is now in working condition. however, my texting capabilties were nixed which forced me into a 30 minute long wait-fest on the phone with tech support. just when i had been put on hold for the third time, and was about to hang up and set forth a stream of obscenities. i got a text message from Verizon Tech Support that said "Can you hear me now? Good?". how cute is that! all is forgiven.
