a commercial as "on hold" music? are you kidding me? being on hold for 10 minutes is bad enough as it is. plus i am aware that you are probably making money off of this and thus profiting from my misery and thus giving you cause to keep me on hold for as long as possible. expect to hear about this when (if!) you ever answer the phone.
