when terrible things happen to awesome people, i get MAD.

especially when said awesome person is a relative of mine.

my fabulous cousin anna has been put in career jeapordy because an obviously mentally maligned ex-coworker sent the link to anna's blog to anna's boss. and anna's boss took issue with anna writing about work (VERY anonymously, i might add) in said blog.

i know, right? what a BITCH!!!!!!!!!!

why this coworker did this, i don't know. she obviously is hormonal or something.

and what can we, as fellow bloggers, do to help someone in such a situation?

not much!

but, i can hope that said ex-coworker reads MY blog, since anna linked to it in her blog. and if that is true than i ask you all, please, give a big FUCK YOU to this coworker via my comments. let's all shout out for all bloggers across the world being held accountable for words on a computer screen.

here, i'll go first. FUCK YOU ex-worker! get a goddamn life.

That's a great example of why one should not socialize with coworkers. Never a good idea...whether it be drinking at an office party or telling them about your blog. Keep them out of your private life!

Sorry about your cousin's job. I agree with both things - that the crazy coworker is a jerk (why can't you trust people anymore?) and that socialization with coworkers only leads to trouble.

Has Anna removed her blog? I tried your link and was informed that maybe the blog doesn't exist... I hope she didn't take it down. I had browsed her blog once before and her story is pretty awesome. You're right. We should be able to write whatever we want wherever we want and if someone doesn't like it, Fuck off! Censorship SUCKS!!

Fuck You Co Worker.

(Ahem, retorting back to being a lady..) That was a very unnecessary thing for you to do. It is neither your duty nor buisness to report such things unless they directly involve you. Now, piss off.

Thanks everyone for your support with this lovely "learning experience". I've set up two new, extremely anonymous blogs: http://annapolitics101.blogspot.com/ and http://slurmfactory.blogspot.com/. Just wondering, does anyone have mafia contacts? ;-)
