attention people with their own places who live in Boston (either condos or apartments that have the ability to be sublet). there is money to be made this summer. and by money, i mean MONEY!
i just met one lady this morning who owns a one bedroom condo in symphony, which she just rented out for the week of the democratic convention for a cool $4000. now, if i were smart i would try and get in on this fleeting real estate boom.
oh wait, i AM smart!
so one of the girls in my office and i are devising a list of people we know who want help renting out their place for that week: working in a real estate office on newbury street exposes you to some pretty fabulous contacts. our fee? very nominal. if you're interested than drop me an email.
i'm dead serious.
anyway, it is miserable out. i am so unmotivated to do anything other than play with my ads. so far i have changed colors, inserted pictures, change fonts, changed size of fonts...anything other than truly meaningful work. oh yeah, and i sent out a mass email to my whole company about emptying garbage cans. these people make millions of dollars and have trash overflowing all over their office areas. wtf?
