The Pink Shoe Diaries

i am in the midst of making an old school r&b mix (old school meaning 1998 or so) and while listening to the timbaland and magoo track "luv 2 luv u" i was suddenly reminded of jenny and i in 11th grade. the year was 1997. the thing to do was hang out at the mall. our theme was "luv 2 luv u" because we took the line "big girls don't cry we take all of it" to mean something about female empowerment. unfortunately, we found out later that it turns out that line, is really about anal sex. the fact that the next line is "doggie style like george and the parliament" didn't tip us off for some reason.
