Hats Off to Adam
Yesterday when I got home from work Adam was taking a pre-hockey nap. I went into the bedroom to say "Hi" and he said "Oh I have a surprise for you". Realizing that this statement was not, as it usually is, followed by a middle finger or a bodily function, I said "Oh really!?". And he told me to look under his Bruins sweatshirt on the chair in the living room.
There in a bag was a super cute pink winter hat. Which in and of itself is cute, who doesn't love a surprise gift? But what makes it cuter is
1) I had tried it on at Sports Authority over the weekend and liked it but the lines were too long and I didn't feel like waiting.
2) I had told him over the weekend that I would go to his hockey game that night and he knows I don't have a winter hat.
He is a good kid, that one. And my head was toasty warm (and fashionably covered) at the game!

Nothing is better than the surpise, thoughful gift from the beau. Well done! and oh so cute!
He's awesome. And also, glad to hear that mine is not the only house where "hey, I have a surprise for you" is usually followed by something disgusting.
Definitely a keeper!
What a great guy!
I know a lot about "hey I have a suprise for you" or "guess what". Gotta love it!
How sweet! Adam seems like an awesome guy!
Awww... that was thoughtful of him. Like they said above - definitely keeper material!
Our "surprises" at this house are normally followed by a bodily function as well. )o:
Can't wait to see the hat on Saturday (and you guys, of course)!
He's such good people. Doesn't he have any cute, single friends who are as nice as he is?! :-P
He has a few nice guys on his hockey team - you should come out for drinks some night!
He is a keeper, that one. I'll never forget how he pulled my car up to the back door so I wouldn't slip on the ice in my crazy heels at your Christmas party!
He gets adorable points for that one.
