and let us not forget that tonight at 10PM is the SEASON PREMIERE of the best show on television




i've been a huge fan of Nip/Tuck since the very first episode aired. my friend megs and i used to watch it together, from each of our own homes, and call each other on every commercial break to discuss what had just happened. when i first started dating Adam, i told him he pretty much had to get into the show, or else not hang out with me ever on Tuesday nights. luckily it turned out he loves it, as should everyone.

it's not too late to get into it. to get you up to speed:

the boys above are the plastic surgeons. on the left we have Christian the cad and on the right is Sean, the kind family man turned playboy. they are friends since college and partners in a plastic surgery practice but are currently fighting because Sean found out that Christian is really the father of his son Matt. Sean and his wife Julia are seperated because of this, and Matt is dating/sleeping with a transgendered woman/life coach played by Famke Jansen whose son killed himself last season. Sean is now dating a model named Kimber (hottest woman on earth) who used to date Christian but he has no feelings so now she is with Sean who is really just sticking it to Julia who had her boobs did last season and then fell through some plate glass. There is a serial attacker on the loose known as "The Carver" who attacks "beautiful people" and cuts up their faces horribly. Sean was attacked and survived, and in the season finale (a freaking YEAR ago) the Carver had broken into Christian's home and was poised over him with a very large carving knife.

who is the Carver? what will Matt do when he finds out he is really sleeping with a man? why is Kimber so damn hot?

these are the questions that hopefully will be answered tonight!
