i definitely reccomend it..the only thing i would be careful about is that a little goes a loooong way.
i mean unless you are like me and have 80 lbs of hair..in that case.. the more the merrier!
Is it better than Aveda's Be Curly? I am having curly issues these days...it is not a good scene. Do you blow dry, air dry, or use the diffuser??
diana, i feel your pain. i usually shower the night before (way before i go to bed..i cant sleep with a wet head!) and put it up when i go to sleep. in the morning i wet it a LITTLE, put a dab of conditioner in it (normal, suave conditioner) and work it through. then i apply a few GOOD pumps of spray gel (or sprunch spray, as it were) and fluff some more. then its done. a diffuser doesnt work for me, it just makes my hair bigger...i only use a blow dryer when i am straightening..and with this weather that is not happening lately!
