i don't have to go to work today.

wheeee!!!!

basically, my parking lot, driveway, and most of the streets surrounding my apartment are still snowy, slippery and all around bad.

i left this morning and it was basically like driving on a ski slope.

and i drive a little, no wheel drive car.

so i called work to let them know i would be late, and the office was closed..which was weird since it opens over an hour before i have to be there.

so i kept calling, i left a ton of messages, kept calling.

finally, i get in touch with the CFO and she informs me that i "shouldn't worry about it" and that the only people going in today are the ones who live a mile or 2 away from the office..not 25 miles like me.

and then she says the magic words

"see you tomorrow!"

yay!!!!!!!
